08:00	Tour guide and driver pick up you at the Hoi An hotel
08:30	Go to Hoi An Market (about half an hour) and experience the morning local market. The tour guide will introduce the ingredients you need for your cooking class.
09:00	Transfer to Cam Thanh Bay Mau Village. The basket boat pick up you go to discover Bay Mau, Coconut Palm Join a local fisherman on the river, and experience catching the fish with the net
10:00	After the Cam Thanh Eco activity, back to the local restaurant for the cooking class
