If the customer cancels all or part of the reservation for any reason, the customer agrees to pay the cancellation fee as follows:

06 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
03 days before departure day: 50% of the tour price charge
01 day before departure day: 80% of the tour price charge
Departure day: 100% of the tour price charge
