Option 1: Cam Thanh Cooking Class with the menu as Rice paper making, Banh Xeo, Phở, sweep soup

the chef will guide you on how to steam the rice paper and how to do the topping for steamed rice paper. Moreover, you can try the traditional rice mill. It’s an interesting job I am sure you nerve tried it before.
